The Beauty of Hong Kong Food
As we all know, Cantonese cuisine dominates the Hong Kong food market. Two distinct features of Cantonese cuisine are freshness and simplicity. As a general rule, the simpler the cooking process is, the fresher ingredients are required. Therefore a typical Cantonese feast is a guarantee of quality.

Whether you are an individual or a teacher looking to buy IGCSE books for an entire school, getting the right books at the right price can take a lot of time and money. It’s not your fault.
First, you have to navigate between different exam boards like the AQA, EDEXCEL or the CIE IGCSE. No one wants to fall into the trap of buying the wrong IGCSE maths or IGCSE physics books for their syllabus.
HongKong
Second, buying IGCSE text books can be very expensive. But it doesn’t end there, we haven’t even begun to talk about IGCSE revision books, past papers, software and answers.
Third, the typical IGCSE book buyer lives abroad. This means that it’s much harder to just walk into a shop and buy books for those who REALLY need them.

Asian financial centers like Hong Kong are experiencing an increase in wealthy individuals seeking asset protection. The growth of investment here outpaces the global average for wealth growth.
In 1997 the British returned Hong Kong to China. The city became one of China’s two Special Administrative Regions. Many foreign investors were initially fearful of the impact of the city now being run by a communist power, and some investors pulled their investments out of their local accounts.
HongKong
However, the governing model adopted by Beijing has proven very successful. The model provides this unique city with a high degree of autonomy in all matters except foreign relations and defense allowing Hong Kong to use its financial expertise to expand commerce between East and West.
Today international investors and businesses are returning to this city in part because of the Chinese connection. H.K. has become the point of access to Chinese trade for many international businesses without the legal and cultural obstacles of operating a business inside mainland China.

Hong Kong works as a useful gateway into Southeast Asia and into China. It is also an interesting place in its own right – an extraordinary, complex territory of seven million people that’s a repository of traditional Chinese culture, a recently relinquished British outpost, and one of the key economies of the Pacific Rim. The view of sky-scrapered Hong Kong Island, across the harbour from Kowloon, is one of the most stunning urban panoramas on earth, but Hong Kong also holds some surprises for the traveller – alongside the myriad shopping possibilities (not all of them such a bargain as they used to be), are a surprising number of inviting beaches, rewarding hiking trails and some surviving bastions of Chinese village life, most of them in the New Territories. An excellent infrastructure, an efficient underground system and all the other facilities of an international city make this an extremely soft entry into the Chinese world.
