Perhaps one of the most beautiful rugs ever made is a Tabriz rug; it defines the legends and history together with the sensitivity of the Persian world. Tabriz rugs are extremely aesthetically pleasing works of art which gather in their elegant patterns the myth of ancient traditions. Having such a carpet in your home will personalize it and give it the originality you always wished for.
Tabriz rugs come from the second largest city in Iran which is situated in the Persian Azerbaijan province which in the northwestern part of the country. This ancient city has a tumultuous story, which pre dates current records, for it was already a flourishing oasis when it was first mentioned in a written document.

“President Bush had signed a covert finding in late spring 2002, which authorized the CIA and US Special Operations forces to dispatch clandestine units into Iraq for the purpose of removing Saddam Hussein from power. The fact is that the Iraq war had begun by the beginning of summer 2002, if not earlier . . . as was the case with Iraq pre-March 2003, the Bush administration today speaks of ‘diplomacy’ and a desire for a ‘peaceful’ resolution to the Iranian question. But the facts speak of another agenda, that of war and the forceful removal of the theocratic regime, currently wielding the reigns of power in Tehran . . . as with Iraq, the president has paved the way for the conditioning of the American public and an all-too-compliant media to accept at face value the merits of a regime change policy regarding Iran, linking the regime of the Mullah’s to an ‘axis of evil’ (together with the newly ‘liberated’ Iraq and North Korea), and speaking of the absolute requirement for the spread of ‘democracy’ to the Iranian people. The Republic of Azerbaijan is one of the previous constituent republics that made up the United Soviet Socialist Republic or the USSR. The country is located in Transcaucasia, on the shores of the Caspian Sea. It has Russia, Georgia, Armenia and Iran, as its neighbors. Azerbaijan underwent a lot of political assaults and disputes. However, as of late, it has come out of its past and is gradually developing an independent economy, by banking on its oil and gas resources. The healthcare industry is not very well developed, but it has come a long way from the past.
The country has Baku as its capital city. Baku is a top tourist spot and draws huge numbers of visitors, from all corners of the world. The medical facilities are among the best available in all of Azerbaijan. There are both public hospitals as well as privately run clinics in Baku. The public hospitals house ample beds but suffer from lack of adequate practitioners or related staff. However, for basic treatment tourists can seek the aid of these public hospitals.
