Cornhole is the game that is literally sweeping the nation. This summer is was put on the map, because Carson Palmer hosted the first annual Carson Palmer Cornhole Classic. The event was a big success drawing people from all areas of the country and the state around for a good cause.

Any barbecue that you go to is bound to have a least one court will set up and ready for play. It’s no wonder too, cornhole is an easy game to play and whether you’re older young, it’s something that people of all skill levels can master. Cornhole has become the best and most effective way to entertain people at a party. So the next time you’re planning your big barbecue cookout, make sure you have the cornhole bags ready and get your cornhole boards out!

It’s probably a good idea to set up the tournament. It’s a great way to your guests excited and have people cheering and encouraging each other. There are plenty of free resources out of the Internet where you can download tournament brackets. Just go to your favorite search engine and type in “Tournament Brackets”. My suggestion would be to put everybody’s name and draw teams randomly . Once you have the teams ready then you can put the teams into the brackets and let the fun begin. And, as the host of the party, you can even put in a prize for the winner. It’s a great way to have fun at your BBQ and keep the crowd interested. Just simply sit back relax and watch your guests have a great time as they play cornhole into the wee hours of the night. Who knows, you might be able to host the next big cornhole tournament right in your own backyard!
