The combination of the simplicity and beauty of Kerala is mesmerizing. Perhaps Kerala is the only state in India that has such myriad forms of performing arts that are grand spectacle of colors and costumes.
Kerala is abundant in backwaters and almost every district of Kerala is gifted with scenic backwaters stretches. The boat race held in the backwaters of Kerala is another event that just should never be missed.
Kerala is a state known as “GOD’S OWN COUNTRY”. Gifted with gleaming backwaters, serene palm-fringed beaches, green-carpeted rolling hills and exotic wild life, the land of Kerala is sheer magic.
Networked by 44 rivers crisscrossing it, Kerala is home to a long and charming shoreline housing numerous beaches and beach resorts. Whatever the truth behind the legend, the fact remains that Kerala is a land with a huge necklace of canals, lagoons, lakes and rivers.
Kerala is also a land of many rivers, the banks of which offered a cradle to the growth of a rich and heterogeneous culture. The entire state of Kerala is a tourist destination and at every corner of this state, one can experience something new.
Female life expectancy in Kerala is 72 years, nine years more than in India as a whole, and better than China, the Philippines, Tunisia, and Bolivia. While Kerala is one of India’s richest and most educated states, by our standards, its people remain very poor.
